Team Rapid

With a degree in Social Media, Marianne is the only non-developer on the team.  A fact that we like reminding her of.

Marianne co-ordinates and organises the meetups and events for the BlackBerry Developer Group Scotland. 

With a background in corporate development, Carol is responsible for producing all our C++ code for clients.

Carol also handles our Corporate presentations along with Rapid John and is always on hand should any developers need help with code, examples etc.

He sees the world in pixels. He sees reality tomorrow and lived the future yesterday. It was bright, blurry, and pixelated.

Guy is probably better known as DigitalHomeBoy and has produced a lot of fantastic concept designs for BlackBerry 10 smartphones, amongst others.

With a quarter of a century in programming for Government and Corporate bodies, John is proficient in most of the major programming languages.  He is constantly running around showing us his latest bit of code for Cascades and repeatedly telling us how fantastic it is. (John we know).

He is responsible for carrying out presentations to corporate and business customers and will be the main presenter for the BlackBerry Developer Group Scotland.

Mike loves to enthuse about all the latest technical issues and spends a lot of time coding for Linux.

He had a major part to play in the BlackBerry 10 webworks SDK and is a an approved RIM Approved Contributor for BlackBerry 10.

Mike is the man we all turn to when it comes to BlackBerry and Linux.

Proficient in developing for the Android platform, Yvonne handles all our clients who have issues porting their existing code from the Android platform.

Born and raised in France, she has a tendency to mumble to herself in French, which seriously gets to the rest of the team.
