After taking a look at the update all the apps are still Adobe Air.
That’s good to know, I didn’t quite understand the cascades applications, it has been a few years since I have done anything with coding. *cough, cough, cobol, fortran, cough*
The update was 332mb, if I remember correctly. Pages do load way faster. I have a hotmail account that I only access by the browser, it used to be so irritating before, waiting for it to load messages. It now opens almost immediately. I have been having some issues with battery drain, faster than before, but, after a few restarts it has improved significantly.
How big was the update. I did not update my playbooks yet
If the apps are running faster they may have been done in cascades now. So far all blackberry apps on the playbook have been done in air
I haven’t noticed the audio boost.
The browser does seem faster than before, there is also less checker-boarding before a complete load on a website. Also the core applications such as – email, browser, calendar, etc. load much faster.
Also have had no android apps crash since 7:00 am this morning (about 8 hours ago) and there is a noticeable reduction in the lag.
I hope this is the adjustment update to prepare the PB for the BB10 OS
