Samsung ChatOn hits BlackBerry – takes BBM HeadOn
Samsung’s messaging service ChatOn has taken another step to becoming truly multi-platform after the company launched a new client for BlackBerry devices, adding to its existing iOS, Android and Bada apps.
Launched back in August 2011, ChatOn is pre-loaded onto Samsung’s own Android and Bada devices.
In an already crowded market including BBM, WhatsApp and iMessage, Samsung certainly has its work cut out if it wants ChatOn to become the big success it’s hoping it will.
Two versions are available for BlackBerry. One for touch phones and one for non-touch phones.
