BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha OS 10.0.09.2320 now available

An update to the BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha Beta OS is now available for developers.

OS version 10.0.09.2320 is available OTA and as an autoloader for Windows users.

This is primarily a bug fix release.
