I got looking at the Android runtime command line tools today and got them running on linux. this was very easy to do all you have to do is change some file permissions. all you have to do is download the command line tool and extract the zip file. https://developer.blackberry.com/androi /tools/ then cd into the bin dir then chmod 777 * then download the android sdk and extract it http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html ......
