Developers can now submit their BlackBerry 10 App via AppWorld

RIM have just announced that BlackBerry 10 developers can now submit their BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha apps via AppWorld.

They are offering this option to allow developers to test their BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha application with other developers that have a BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha device.

At present, BlackBerry 10 applications will not be available for commercial release.

Any developer wishing to test out their BlackBerry 10 app, should simply follow the normal submission steps for submitting a new application in the App World Vendor Portal and select the “Dev Alpha” as your target device when you upload your product release.

This device can be found under the ‘QNX’ Platform.

Change the status to “Up for Sale” only when you are ready to share your application with anyone that has a BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha device.
