Box Offers 10GB of Free Cloud Storage on BlackBerry 10
Box and BlackBerry have teamed up to give customers who use the popular cloud storage solution with a BlackBerry 10 smartphone up to 10GB of free storage.
With Box integrated deeply into the BlackBerry 10 platform, this will enable even more collaboration, seamless sharing of documents and files, and quick access to what you need on the go.
How do I get my free 10 GB of storage?
Sign up for a Box account at www.box.com/bb10, pop open the Box app on your BlackBerry 10 smartphone, and if you’re a first time Box user you’ll immediately be provided with 10 GB of storage.
For those of you who already use a Box account, you’ll be given the option to upgrade your account within a few months from its current capacity to the 10 GB amount. If you already have 10GB or more of storage, you won’t be eligible for the offer.

Between
Playbook – 27.6 GB Free Space
DropBox – 2 GB
Google Drive – 3.3 GB
Box.net – 50 GB (on the playbook special offer – not sure if it’s still available though)
SugarSync – 6GB
Skydrive – 7Gb
And all of this maintained by "Files and Folders"!, I haven’t run out of local or virtual space in quite some time
But a pre-installed app which allows you good enough online storage – anywhere from 5-15 GB would be awesome when I get my Z10.
@tinysalmon – there are rumours of the Z10 hitting India by the 3rd week of February, *fingers crossed*
Storing files over the internet for easy access is something we are quite familiar with. Work places are facilitated by sending & receiving files on the internet for decades. http://www.cloudreviews.com/blog/online-data-storage
I’m not sure if I got a special deal when I signed up, but I don’t pay anything for DropBox and I’ve got 50GB of available storage. I happy to see that it’s pre-installed on BB10, just like Box.
Edit: Just checked the DropBox pricing plans and realized that I must have gotten in to DropBox under some great free promotion or something. I see that the standard free account is only 2GB.
Nice one Box.
